PPP is ideally placed to work with local institutes or contractors to carry out full product evaluation and development in the major European crops.
This includes everything from initial field screening for identifying susceptible target diseases, pests and weeds, to full scale registration trial programmes across a wide range of crops. In addition to evaluating efficacy, trials on crop selectivity, residues and non-target arthropods can also be cost-effectively organised and managed. As part of the development programme we are used to assessing dose rates, spray volumes & timing, number and frequency of applications, together with other factors affecting performance such as formulation type, mixture partners, adjuvants, rainfall and temperature.
In addition to development work in France, PPP can coordinate complex programmes in other countries through the Agchem Project Consulting network.
The data generated from the trials can be used for selection of GAPs and for commercial product positioning in the market place. PPP are ideally placed to make these assessments on behalf of clients using the expert advice from local institutes and/or other independent experts where appropriate.
